Because of the ongoing evolution of the industrial service sector, driven by regulatory compliance, new technology, market forces and customer needs, IRWIN takes a proactive approach to the continuing education and development of our employees. Through IRWIN University, our in-house training department, employees have the opportunity to advance their skills and certifications with courses such as:

All training curriculums are designed to exceed the requirements set forth by regulatory bodies such as Cal/OSHA, OSHA, MSHA, NFPA, EPA, DTSC, NCCER and NCCCO. IRWIN University retains an NCCER Certified Master Trainer on staff, and approximately 50% of IRWIN's active craft workforce in Southern California holds NCCER certifications.
