IRWIN Industries, Inc. and the International Union of Public and Industrial Workers are signatories to a collective bargaining agreement covering all eligible bargaining employees.

The agreement contains provisions for:

Minimum wages

Overtime Premiums

Fringe benefits including: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K, paid holidays and vacation pay

Grievance and Arbitration procedures

No Strike Clause
