To ensure all employees meet the high standards of our industry, we maintain a comprehensive human resources information system, which allows dispatchers, managers and field supervisors to quickly determine the qualifications, training, craft, skill level, history and past performance of anyone who is currently employed or has been employed by IRWIN.All IRWIN supervisors and craft professionals hold current certifications applicable to their respective fields, and all foreman level employees and above are at minimum OSHA 10 certified.
